Our warranty policy extends to all jewellery, encompassing Gold Plating, Sterling Silver, and Solid Gold.
Each piece of our jewellery undergoes meticulous handcrafting, adhering to the highest standards, and is subjected to a thorough quality check before being dispatched to you.
In the rare event of a defective item, Kyoti Jewellery provides a six-month warranty commencing from the order date. This warranty specifically addresses any manufacturing flaws but excludes damages resulting from regular wear and tear, oxidization, and broken chains.
Not covered are instances of tarnishing due to contact with cleaning chemicals or severe oxidation resulting from high pH levels in the skin.
It's imperative to understand that this warranty does not encompass lost, damaged, or chipped stones.
For any warranty claims, kindly send your request to hello@kyoti.com.au, including your order number and comprehensive details of the fault, along with images and your receipt. Our team will then reach out to you regarding the subsequent steps.
