Shipping policy
For orders placed within Australia, we use Express Tracked Post. While we endeavour to pack and send your orders as soon as we can, sometimes when we are very busy it can take longer. They are always packed & sent within 5 days. If you require something in a timely manner, please email me first at hello@kyoti.com.au and I will make sure that it's possible for you. For International deliveries, we use DHL EXPRESS other than to NZ where we use AUSPOST. All orders are trackable & delivery time will vary depending on the country that you are ordering from. If for any reason extra postage & handling or taxes may occur upon arrival for international orders, this will be at the customers expense. Please email hello@kyoti.com.au with any enquires.
