EXCHANGE OF SIZE

You may exchange for a different size within 7 days from date of purchase. Exchanges of sizes are only possible if the item is available. Please ensure when measuring your finger, you are measuring your knuckle, to ensure the ring will fit over your whole finger.

Please note: Customers will be responsible for all postage and re-postage. We do not refund delivery charges, or the cost of returning products except when a product is received faulty.

Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during shipment will not be accepted. Items must be sent via a method that is trackable.

Kyoti Design cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping.

RETURNS POLICY

Please choose your products carefully as we will not refund or exchange products simply due to change of mind or for incorrect choice of sizing.

If the product is received faulty we will fully refund or replace the piece including any postage costs incurred by you. Returns must be notified via email to hello@kyoti.com.au, within 2 days of receiving your order & must include a photo of the fault, a description of the fault & also proof of purchase. The faulty item must be received back within 14 days of the purchase date to be replaced, refunded or repaired. The item must also be returned in original condition with swing tags, packaging & also unworn.

Once your return has been received, your refund, exchange or repair will occur.

Wear and tear over time is normal & is not considered a fault. The jewellery and crystals are delicate and should be handled, stored & cleaned carefully (see below ‘care of jewellery’). If you find that your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, we will happily repair, refund or exchange your item providing the item has been purchased within 6 month. An email must be sent to hello@kyoti.com.au with proof of purchase, a photo and description of the fault, for the return to then be approved by Kyoti design jewellery.

Please note: Earrings cannot be exchanged due to health regulations. There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items, including the exchange of ring sizes.

VARIANCE IN CRYSTALS & CLARITY

All crystals are individually hand picked, each with their very own characteristics. Each piece may vary slightly from the image on the website. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange for a different piece.

CARE OF JEWELLERY

We recommend you follow a few guidelines to ensure the longevity of your jewellery.

-Store each pieces of jewellery separately to avoid scratching

-Store jewellery away from heat or direct sunlight

-Remove jewellery when washing hands or using any harmful substances such as cleaning product

-Do not wear jewellery in the ocean, swimming pools or while showering, as chlorine & extreme heat can damage the stones.

PRE ORDERS

With all styles avaliable for pre-order, we will note the date of dispatch from our warehouse. Please note, this date is subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances. If the delivery is delayed, you will receive an email from kyoti design jewellery quoting the new delivery date.

SHIPPING

For orders placed within Austraila, we use Registered Post, delivery is generally within 3 days. However, please allow up to 5 days for delivery, incase of any unforeseen hold ups. For International deliveries, most orders are trackable & delivery time will vary depending on the country that you are ordering from. If for any reason extra postage & handling or taxes may occur upon arrival for international orders, this will be at the customers expense. Please email hello@kyoti.com.au with any enquires.
