Can I return my earrings?
If the product is received faulty we will fully refund or replace the piece including any postage costs incurred by you. Returns must be notified via email to hello@kyoti.com.au, within 7 days of receiving your order & must include a photo of the fault, a description of the fault & also proof of purchase.
The faulty item must be received back within 14 days of the purchase date to be replaced, refunded, or repaired. The item must also be returned in original condition with tags, original packaging & also unworn, this is easily determined with Jewellery. Unfortunately, we cannot refund for change of mind due to hygiene regulations, once sold earrings cannot be re-sold.
We do not offer refunds or store credits on sale items or earrings.
